Peter Allen released his first solo record in 1971. He died in 1992, 21 years later. Todd McKenney first played Allen in The Boy From Oz in 1998 so in a way he has been performing the music of Peter Allen longer than Peter Allen played Peter Allen.
Todd’s new show expands the setlist for ‘Todd McKenney Sings Peter Allen (and Lots More)’. That “lot’s more” includes Bette Midler, Barry Manilow and Liza Minelli.
