Plans are underway for an Amy Winehouse hologram tour.

Amy’s father Mitch Winehouse announced the news saying “Our daughter’s music touched the lives of millions of people and it means everything that her legacy will continue in this innovative and groundbreaking way.” Tickets for the tour have not yet been released, but updates can be found on BASE Hologram’s website.

According to BASE:

The iconic singer known for hit songs “Rehab,” “Back to Black” and “Valerie,” will once again return to the stage, giving fans the chance to see her in concert one more time – or in some cases for the first time.

Utilizing new state-of-the-art proprietary technology, the production will launch towards the end of 2019. Featuring digitally remastered arrangements of her classics, the hologram will be backed by a live band, singers and theatrical stagecraft.

Known just as much for her iconic beehive hair-do, Cleopatra-style eyeliner and array of tattoos, the singer took pride in writing the majority of her deeply personal tracks that fused pop, jazz, soul and R&B elements.

Stay tuned for more information about the show and tour schedule.

The Amy Winehouse hologram follows on from earlier tours of Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison and Ronnie James Dio.

Amy Winehouse died in 23 July 2011 at age 27.
