So far on the tour Black Sabbath have previewed ‘End of the Beginning’, ‘God Is Dead?’ and ‘Methademic’ as well as last night’s ‘Loner’ from the album due June 7 on the band’s original record label Vertigo, through Universal.

Black Sabbath, featuring Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler back with original singer Ozzy Osbourne, have stunned early fans with sound in synch with their beginnings.

Ozzy’s maniac glare, Tony’s venomous guitar and Geezer’s thunderous bass brings the origins of what fans liked about Black Sabbath in the early 70s into 2013. It makes for a rare moment to see one of the greatest British metal bands of all-time, the band who rivalled only Led Zeppelin in its day.

Ozzy’s solo band drummer Tommy Clufetos adds new life to the live gig. Sabbath even gave him his own spotlight drum solo during the show. Clufetos also did time with Rob Zombie before joining Ozzy’s band.

The Black Sabbath setlist from Rod Laver Arena for May 1, 2013 was:
