A film company in Brazil has acquired the rights to turn Bob Dylan’s 15th album ‘Blood On The Tracks’ into a motion picture. RT Films says it has bought film rights to the 1975 Dylan classic and will begin shooting the movie in the UK soon. Dylan said in his 2004 memoir ‘Chronicles Volume 1’
