A man who bid almost $100,000 for Cher’s Key to the City of Adelaide says he has no intention of paying for it. Melbourne resident Robert McDougall placed the dummy bid on eBay to protest Cher’s insult to the people of Australia for selling the key. He told The Age that he pushed up the
