The send-off for Andrew ‘Greedy’ Smith will be colourful with family, friends and fans all invited to turn-up and dress in their brightest and loudest clothes to farewell the Mental As Anything legend.

Greedy passed away on Monday after suffering a heart-attack while out shopping for furniture for the new apartment he had recently bought with his fiancée Fiona.

The news of his death was a shock to everyone. Greedy was constantly working and touring Mental As Anything as the groups only original member. Mentals had shows booked through until November 2020 and we due to play in Melbourne this week.

The passing of Greedy Smith has brought Mental As Anything to an end, 40 years after their first hit song ‘The Nips Are Getting Bigger’.

The Andrew ‘Greedy’ Smith send-off will be held at 2:30pm on Monday December 9 at the Camelia Pavilion at Macquarie Park Cemetery and Crematorium.

Dress Loud. The send-off will be big and fans are welcome to join in the celebration of Greedy’s life with his family and friends.
