The Golden Plains Festival has announced its second act. George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic will join the already announced Cat Power at the Australian music festival in March. Clinton will perform with a 17-piece band. Golden Plains Lucky Seven dates are March 9-11 at Meredith, Victoria. The first round of tickets are available by ballot
