Nick Cave’s Grinderman played their last ever gig last night (December 10, 2011) at the Meredith Festival outside Melbourne. At the end of last night’s show Cave announced “that’s it for Grinderman. It’s over. See you in 10 years” Cave formed Grinderman with Bad Seeds members Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey and Jim Sclavunos in 2006.
