When Hanson recently visited Australia, they told their story to Noise11.com.

The Grammy-nominated trio discussed the legacy of their first hit ‘Mmmbop’ and the recent studio album ‘Shout It Out’, recorded mostly while the band was on tour.

Hanson formed in 1997. At the time Taylor, Zac and Isaac where all under 18.

‘Mmmbop’ reached number one in America and earned Hanson two Grammy nominations, including Record Of The Year.
