Will Janelle Monae support Prince on his ‘Welcome 2 Australia’ tour?

Janelle tweeted yesterday that she was rehearsing for the Prince tour with a message “get ready Australia” but her tweet has since been removed.
The US R&B/Soul singer toured with Prince on his ‘Welcome 2 America’ tour and will be in Australia at the time of the Prince tour. She has already been announced to play to shows at the Sydney Opera House on May 26 and 27 for Vivid Live.
If she is performing with Prince in Australia, then it won’t be in Brisbane. He will be performing at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on May 26.
She could perform at any of the other Australian shows. Her two Sydney Opera House shows in May are the only scheduled performances she has next month.
The Prince Welcome 2 Australia tour starts in Australia on May 11.

May 14, 15 and 30, Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena
May 18 and 26, Brisbane, Entertainment Centre
