Del Rey had organised a tour of Australia earlier this year, but that was before she became a worldwide smash, so she nixed the dates in favour of more lucrative opportunities.

Her debut album Born To Die topped the ARIA Chart when it was released and remains at 14 after staying up the pointy end for the last three months.

She’s finally visiting Australia for Splendour In The Grass, and she’s now also doing a couple of sideshows in Melbourne and Sydney.

Tickets go on sale this Friday 4 May from Ticketek.

Lana Del Rey Splendour Sideshows 2012
Monday 23 July – Palace Theatre, Melbourne
Thursday 26 July – Enmore Theatre, Sydney
