The much-discussed Lana Del Rey has been topping iTunes charts around the world and her debut Born To Die gets its physical release today.

But the old rockers will be taking her to task: Paul McCartney delivers Kisses On The Bottom, Ringo Starr has his 17th album Ringo 2012, reunited veteran rockers Van Halen also drop their new effort A Different Kind Of Truth and veteran songcraftsman Leonard Cohen releases Old Ideas.

Goldfrapp’s singles collection is out, as is Air’s soundtrack to early short film Le Voyage Dans Le Lune.

The mammoth, all-star Amnesty International Bob Dylan Tribute album Chimes of Freedom is released today.

US alt-rockers and Big Day Outers Cage The Elephant deliver their CD/DVD Live From The Vic In Chicago and Mark Lanegan Band have Blues Funeral.

Metalcore champs Bleeding Through are the lone heavy band this week, releasing Great Fire.

Reborn local electro hip-hoppers Hermitude drop Hyperparadise and superstar DJ Steve Aoki has his debut studio album Wonderland.

Best ofs from John Denver, Mary Duff, and Daniel O’Donnell hit shelves, as well as heaps of reissues from Bad Religion, Wynona Judd, Jimi Hendrix and more.
