Macy Gray’s next studio album will feature her take on pop and rock songs with covers of songs by Radiohead, My Chemical Romance, Arcade Fire and more.

‘Covered’ will be the sixth Macy Gray album and her first for 429 Records.

Macy has covered ‘Wake Up’ by Arcade Fire’, ‘Creep’ by Radiohead, ‘Teenager’ by My Chemical Romance and ‘Here Comes The Rain Again’ from Eurythmics.

The album will be released in March.

Before then there will be a free Macy Gray Christmas song coming on December 25. ‘What I Want For Christmas’ will be a free download available from Amazon.com on Christmas Day.
