Mondo Rock Dig Deep for 2019 Setlist

by Paul Cashmere on August 5, 2019

in News

Mondo Rock have delivered a setlist for the fans with a rare b-side and an early album track opening and closing the first show.

The Mondo Rock 2019 dates kicked off in Wollongong at Anitas at Thirroul last Friday night. The 1984 b-side ‘Dark Secrets’ opened the show while the rare ‘Searching for my Baby’ from the first album ‘Primal Park’ closed the show. Along the way it was all hit with a pair of Ross Wilson or Eric McCusker songs better known for Farnham than Mondo Rock planted midstream.

One of the songs ‘Living In The Land of Oz’, originally released as a solo song for Ross Wilson, pre-dated even Mondo Rock but later became a staple of the setlist.
