Motorhead has been forced to cancel the balance of their summer tour dates, including five festivals, because of ongoing medical problems for Lemmy Kilmister. In May, Lemmy had a cardioverter-defibrillator implanted in May and, last week, was forced to cancel two dates when he developed a hematoma (blood clot). While he had every intention on
