Bob Dylan is back in the studio recording a second album of standards to followup his Shadows in the Night. Billboard is reporting that they were told by engineer Al Schmitt that the singer is in Hollywood’s Studio B at Capitol Records putting down new tracks of old songs. No titles have been released so
