David Bowie producer Tony Visconti will deliver the keynote address at the SXSW music conference in Austin in March. Visconti was a life-long producer for Bowie starting with the 1969 ‘David Bowie’ album (renamed ‘Space Oddity in 1972) and all the way through to the recent ‘Blackstar’. Visconti also produced all of the T.Rex albums
