Panic! At The Disco will perform at this year’s Shorty Awards. It will be one of the band’s first performances since drummer Spencer Smith officially left the band after 10 years. Lead singer Brendon Urie sat down with Billboard for an exclusive interview and when asked about performing without Spencer he said, “Obviously I’m going
