Kim Venable, the drummer for the late-60’s/early-70’s band The Classics IV, died on Sunday, June 12 at his home in Pike Road, Alabama. Venable was born in Eclectic, AL on May 5, 1944 and was brought up in nearby Tuskegee. In 1964, he joined the already established K-Otics out of Troy, AL who had regional
