Robert Plant Slips Into Australia For A Few Beers At The Pub

Led Zeppelin legend Robert Plant slipped quietly into Australia this week for a holiday before he plays Bluesfest and his Australian tour.

Plant grabbed a few days off in Port Douglas and has surprised locals with his impromptu visits to the town’s restaurants.

According to Tourism Port Douglas’ website, Plant dined at the On The Inlet seafood restaurant on Thursday night and then dropped into the Central Hotel for a few beers with the locals.

Robert Plant will kick off his Australian tour at the West Coast Blues and Roots Festival in Perth on March 23 and headline Bluesfest at Byron Bay over Easter.
