Robert Zildjian, founder of Sabian Cymbals, has died at the age of 89. Sabian is the world’s second largest manufacturer of cymbals. Zildjian founded Sabian Cymbals in Canada in 1981. Sabian was named after the first letters of his three children Sally, Andy and Bill. Andy is currently the President of the company. A statement
