Scott Weiland has firmly put the Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver behind him as he branches out into garage rock with his new album Blaster, out March 31. Weiland is working with guitarist Jeremy Brown, bassist Tommy Black and drummer Dan Thompson as Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts. While he isn’t specifically labeling the
