Australian promoters Secret Sounds will host a SXSW party for their Splendour In The Grass and Fall Festival events next week in Austin, Texas. The Secret Sounds party will be a free event and open for SXSW delegates at Holy Mountain in Austin on March 18 from 12noon to 6pm. The SXSW Party could be
