Steve Mackay, the saxophone player for the Stooges, is in critical condition in a Daly City, CA hospital. According to KQED, Mackay was admitted to Seton Medical Center Monday night with a life-threatening infection and is now being treated for sepsis with is a complication that can cause multiple organ failure.
