Tame Impala, Chet Faker To Play San Francisco’s Outside Lands

San Francisco will host the eighth Outside Lands Festival on August 7 through 9 in Golden Gate Park and, on Tuesday, announced an eclectic lineup that includes Australia’s Chet Faker and Tame Impala.

Elton John heads up the lineup that also includes such modern artists as Sam Smith, Mumford and Sons, the Black Keys and the man with the current number 1 album, Kendrick Lamar. Veteran artists include John, Wilco, D’Angelo (and the Vanguard), Ben Harper (and the Innocent Criminals) and Billy Idol.

Early bird tickets for the festival are already sold out but a limited number of 3-day passes will go on sale on Thursday, March 26 at 10 AM PDT.
