Hunters & Collectors never had a Top 10 hit yet they have managed to sell-out 15 of the 26 Red Hot Summer dates for 2020 (so far).

Hunters & Collectors fans were album buyers but the occasional single did manage to crack the Top 40 every now and then. They had nine Top 40 singles in their day.

Hunters & Collectors by the hits

True Tears of Joy (no 14, 1992)

Holy Grail (no 20, 1993)

When The River Runs Dry (no 23, 1989)

Say Goodbye (no 24, 1986)

Do You See What I See (no 33, 1987)

Where Do You Go (no 33, 1991)

Throw Your Arms Around Me (no 34, 1990)

Back On The Breadline (no 37, 1988)

Easy (no 38, 1994)

NB: The bands best known song ‘Throw Your Arms Around Me’ peaked at no 49 when it was originally released first as a single in 1984, then again from the ‘Human Frailty’ in 1985. Its 1990 chart position was via the ‘Collected Works’ album was in its third run as a single. Another now classic Hunters song ‘Turn A Blind Eye’ stalled at no 42.

With tickets still on sale for Mount Gambier, Launceston, Port Macquarie, Sydney, Toowoomba, Wodonga, Ballarat, Dubbo, Darwin, Cairns and Noosa the Hunters & Collectors Red Hot Summer tour will most likely be a complete sell-out once the tour gets underway.
