Tour Manager Aaron Chugg Dies Following Stroke

Aussie tour manager Aaron Chugg has passed away after suffering from a stroke while tour managing for The Stone Roses at the Future Music Festival last week.

Chugg had worked with many Australian bands including Pseudo Echo, Shannon Noll, Hoodoo Gurus and The Whitlams. He also managed Screaming Jets at one time.

His long list of associated acts included Crowded House, Split Enz, Rose tattoo, Boom Crash Opera, Alex Lloyd, Rockmelons, The Church and Evermore.

Aaron was also the production manager for the 2000 Olympic Torch Rally in Sydney and resident tour manager for Grant Thomas Management.

Aaron Chugg was 53-years old.
