Australian country star Troy Cassar-Daley has undergone throat surgery in the USA. Cassar-Daley noticed a reduction in his vocal range on his recent American tour and which he had seen to by Dr. Steven Zeitels, who has looked after John Mayer, Adele and Steven Tyler. In a statement, Troy says: Hey friends , I hope
