A pending lawsuit brought by the group Van Halen against drummer Alex Van Halen’s ex-wife, Kelly, has been dropped. The two were divorced in August of 1996 but Kelly continued to use her famous last name on her construction and interior design companies and tried to get a trademark on the Kelly Van Halen name
