A White House representative has responded to Kanye West’s presidential hopes. The 38-year-old Flashing Lights rapper announced he wants to run for presidency a few years from now while accepting his Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the MTV Music Video Awards Sunday night. And his future bid to become America’s Commander in Chief has
