Newly minted Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members Yes seem to be giving the Grateful Dead a run for the money for the title of classic artist with the most live albums.

Since 2010, they have put out six live albums, including the massive 14-disc Progeny: Seven Shows From Seventy Two and, on November 24, will make it seven with Topographic Drama: Live Across America.

The music on the new set was selected from twelve shows during the band’s tour this past February (2017). The tour was unique in that Yes played all six tracks from Drama (1980), sides one and four from Tales of Topographic Oceans (1973) and a few selections from their other albums.

Topographic Drama will be released by Rhino as a 2-CD and a 3-LP vinyl set along with as a digital download. The cover is from frequent Yes collaborator Roger Dean.

James Taylor Farewells Australia With Final Tour (Melbourne Review)

I could go to a James Taylor show just for the stories. The man is a part of music history and is still around to tell the tales of how it all began. Like, for instance, being the first artist signed to Apple Records. James “auditioned” for Apple with his song ‘Something In The Way She Moves’. "Paul went away and started the label and George went away and wrote the song”, he said.
