Back before it was fashionable in the entertainment world, there were a bunch of Zombies in music led by Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent.
The Zombies
The Zombies will make their very first appearance ever at the SXSW this year, with a number of different appearances. On March 15 at 12:30 PM there will be a featured interview with Blunstone and Argent on their career followed by a 4 PM concert for Paste magazine at Stage on Sixth. March 16 will see them doing a show at Waterloo Records followed by their official showcase at the Austin Psych Fest.
The group will also be touring North America around the festival and will return in June to continue promoting their 2011 album Breathe Out, Breathe In, which was only the fifth release of their 48 year career.
