In the past 10 years, James Blunt has become the definitive singer-songwriter. His five album body of work in that time is absorbed by a fanbase who decipher every word.

James Hillier Blount, an officer of the British Army stationed in Kosovo, transferred from soldier to rock star with his 2003 debut ‘Back To Bedlam’. The album reached number one in Australia and the UK and number two in the USA and established Blunt as one of the world’s biggest singer-songwriters.

A decade later Blunt delivered his fourth album ‘Moon Landing’ and continued the hits with ‘Bonfire Heart’ and ‘Heart To Heart’.

James Blunt sat down with Paul Cashmere to tell his story.
