The 10th Shihad album ‘Old Gods’ is a statement about the world today. Songs like ‘Tear Down Those Names’ ‘The Hill Song’, ‘Empire Falling’ and ‘The Wreakage’ speak to the insanity of a political world gone completely off the rails.

In the lyrics Jon discusses how opinion is now broadcast as news, the extreme right legitimizing racism. “This is what my musical response that that” Jon tells Noise11.com in this interview.
