The former President chose his 65th birthday to help hype the “Decade Of Difference” celebrations for his William J Clinton Foundation charity at the Hollywood Bowl in California.

Among the performers were Usher, Lady Gaga, Bono and K’naan, The Edge, Grace Potter and Kenny Chesney, Juanes, and Stevie Wonder.

Actors Jason Segel, Maria Bello, Ashton Kutcher, talk show star Ellen Degeneres, as well as Slick Willy himself, all addressed the crowd.

Lady Gaga specifically put on a show. As usual, she expressed astonishment that she was there with all of the other big stars, and did her best to embarrass Hillary and Chelsea by gaving a performance of what she redubbed ‘Bill Romance’.

Only Usher upstaged her usual wardrobe extravagances by having a severe malfunction of his own, reportedly splitting his pants mid-performance of ‘Without You’ and explaining it thusly: ‘I work hard’.

Watch Gaga make the Clinton family go red-faced below.
