The Late Show With David Letterman will feature special tributes to The Beatles this week featuring performances by Sting with Lenny Kravitz, and the Flaming Lips.

The Beatles will be saluted each night this week on The Late Show With David Letterman with performances of classic Fab Four songs.

Letterman shoots his show in the Ed Sullivan Theatre and is the location where, fifty years ago this coming Sunday night, the Beatles stormed America.

Producers have been working to get Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr on Friday night’s show, but there has been no word if the appearance will happen. Letterman is interviewing the two surviving members of the band from the theatre for next Sunday night’s CBS special.

The Letterman performance schedule for the week

Monday – And I Love Her – Broken Bells
Tuesday – Drive My Car – Sting
Wednesday – Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds – Flaming Lips and Sean Lennon
Thursday – Song TBD – Lenny Kravitz
Friday – TBA

Note that, although CBS issued the schedule above, the Letterman site shows Kravitz on Wednesday and the Flaming Lips and Sean Lennon on Thursday.
