Sinead O’Connor could be suicidal according to a report on TMZ.

TMZ has shared audio of a police call stating that officers should be watching out for Sinead. According to the call, which can be heard here, the Chicago police had received a call from authorities in Dublin telling them that they had received a call that O’Connor was on a bridge in Chicago and was threatening to jump.

This is the second time in recent months that Chicago officers had to get involved with a possible suicide attempt by O’Connor. The earlier incident ended with officers finding the singer without incident.

According to TMZ, this is not an active search. They have just advised officers to be on the lookout for Sinead.

For support and information about suicide prevention, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Suicide Call Back Service on 1300 659 467.
