Luke Perry’s death is a timely warning to anyone aged 45+. It could happen to you too.

Perry, most known for his role as Dylan in Beverly Hills 90210, died from a stroke. Perry suffered the stroke on 27 February, He died on 4 March, 2019.

Luke Perry has a successful television and film career after Beverly Hills 90210 made him an international star in the ‘90s. He starred in 199 episodes.

Perry also popped up occasionally as a character in The Simpsons. He was Sideshow Luke Perry.

Luke has also guest appeared in Family Guy.

While Luke Perry never made it as big as he was in 90210 he was never out of work. He has appeared in Will & Grace, Law& Order, Body of Proof, Major Crimes and Community.

Luke Perry married Rachel Sharp in 1993. They has two children, Jack born 1997 and Sophie borne 2000. Jack is now a wrestler under the name ‘Jungle Boy’ Nate Coy. Luke and Rachel divorced in 2003. He was engaged to Wendy Bauer at the time of his death.

Men 45+ have a 1 in 4 chance of dying of s stroke by age 85. Women have a 1 in 5 chance.

Luke’s most recent role was in Riversdale as Fred Andrews. His death came just as a reboot for Beverly Hills 90210 was announced.
