Enigmatic pop chanteuse Kate Bush offers up the first single ‘Wild Man’ from her forthcoming album.
Kate Bush’s new album 50 Words For Snow will be the first collection of new material from the singer since 2005’s Aerial.
It sounds pretty conceptual; a sixty five-minute, seven-track epic. The track titles are ‘Snowflake’, ‘Lake Tahoe’, ‘Misty’, Wild Man, ‘Snowed In At Wheeler Street’, ‘50 Words For Snow’, and ‘Among Angels’.
50 Words For Snow features guest appearances from Elton John, Stephen Fry, and Welsh blues hero Andy Fairweather Low.
She’s revealed the first single, ‘Wild Man’, which is going to be released at midnight tonight, Tuesday October 11. It’s an evocative, moody little tune and you can have a listen here.
50 Words For Snow will be released on November 18 through ANTI in the US.
