Singer songwriter Tim Wheatley has debuted in the top 10 on ARIA’s Australian Country chart with his debut album ‘Cast of Yesterday’.

‘Cast of Yesterday’ came in at no 9 on the Country chart, no 49 in Tim’s home state of Victoria, no 67 in New South Wales and no. 72 nationally.

The ‘Cast of Yesterday’ album was recorded at Sing Sing studios in Melbourne in Melbourne with producer Paul McKercher (You Am I, Sarah Blasko) and mixed in Los Angeles by Niko Bolas (Neil Young, Johnny Cash).

“I’ve been carrying this album around with me in pieces for so long now, that to hear the mastered version was a huge weight off my shoulders. It’s also the excitement of coming home and touring that comes along with the release that I can’t wait for,” Tim said in a statement.
