For an American artist, Todd Rundgren appeared on many BBC radio and TV programs over the years. All of his surviving performances have been gathered on the new At the BBC: 1972-1982, out October 27 on Esoteric.

Included are such landmarks as Todd’s 1972 BBC 1 In Concert solo performance, his 1975 performance at the Hammersmith Odeon in London and a 1977 performance at Oxford Polytechnic.

The DVD includes BBC TV performances from the Old Grey Whistle Test from 1975, 1977 and 1982. Included in the 1982 show are two songs that didn’t appear in the original airing.
