In 1993 The Badloves released their debut album ‘Get On Board’. As the 30th anniversary approaches the album has been remastered and expanded, given its first vinyl release as Michael Spiby prepares the band to tour again to celebrate what became an award winner for Best New Talent and Breakthrough Artist – Album at the 1994 ARIA Awards and took away Highest Selling Album at the ARIA’s the following year.

Jon Batiste comes from a New Orleans musical dynasty. The Batiste family dates back decades. In previous generations Harold worked with Sam Cooke and Sonny and Cher, Alvin was a music teacher who played with Wynton Marsalis and Cannonball Adderley and Lionel was once a member of the Treme Brass Band.
