The Stranglers To Perform In Australia In 2016

The Stranglers will return to Australia in 2016.

The band features founding members Jet Black on drums and Jean-Jacques Burnel on bass with Dave Greenfield on keyboards who joined one year into the band and Baz Warne on guitar.

Jet Black is now 76 years old.

The Stranglers first hit was the punk classic ‘Peaches’ in 1977. The band had a revival in the 80s with a softer electronic sound with songs like ‘Golden Brown’, ‘Skin Deep’ and ‘Always The Sun’.
