Boy & Bear, YAIMA and Kim Churchill will headline the music program for the 2026 Byron Wellness Festival, taking place at Red Devils Park, Byron Bay, from November 27 to 29. The three-day event will combine live performances with yoga, movement, ceremony, sound healing and wellness sessions, creating a program that spans music and a broad range of wellbeing practices.

The festival’s music program will include a stripped-back acoustic performance from Boy & Bear, alongside sets from Kim Churchill, YAIMA, Samuel J, Finojet, Kyle Lionhart, Cinnamon Sun, Sacred Earth, Elijah Ray, Murray Kyle, Taylor Sol, Dusty Boots and Dubarray.

Boy & Bear will perform reworked versions of their songs in an acoustic setting, while Kim Churchill will present his guitar-led solo performance. YAIMA will close the weekend, continuing the festival’s emphasis on immersive and spiritually focused music.

Samuel J will present his hybrid dance set, Step To The Magic. Finojet joins the program following international touring and support appearances with Xavier Rudd, Hollow Coves and The Head & The Heart. Byron-based songwriter Kyle Lionhart will also perform, alongside Northern Rivers roots and reggae group Cinnamon Sun.

The wider music program extends into roots, world, electronic, folk and sound-based performance. Sacred Earth, featuring Penny and Jethro Williams, will present mantra and sound healing material, while Hawaii-based multi-instrumentalist Elijah Ray brings a combination of soul, funk and sound healing.

Festival Director Danielle Djokic said the event was designed to accommodate people with different levels of experience in wellness practices.

“We have built an amazing program that truly offers something for everyone, from the music program through to the yoga, workshops and ceremonies.”

The wellness component includes yoga, ceremonies, healing sessions and talks. Nadia Bullock will lead a 90-minute yoga session accompanied by live music from Colin Bullock. Ceremony programming includes sessions with Lulu and Mischka, Heidi Lampard, Spirit Cacao and Troy Abraham.

Sound-based sessions will feature Christian Dimarco, Tanya Alijani, Samsaruh, New Earth Metta and Edo Kahn. Dimarco incorporates didgeridoo, gong and overtone singing, while Alijani will lead a sound bath drawing on her work in breathwork and nervous-system practices.

The speaker program includes Meghan Jarvis, Dominique Livkamal ND, Natalie Clark, Dean Bentley, Heather Leighton and Lydia Burth-Weir, covering subjects ranging from workplace wellbeing and plant-based knowledge to psychology, ritual, yoga and Vedic astrology.

The festival grounds will also include a sauna, massage tent, wellness market, food trucks, psychic readers and healers, alongside a dedicated children’s program featuring yoga, storytelling and creative workshops.

Djokic said the festival reflected Byron Bay’s established community of practitioners, teachers, artists and musicians.

The event will be held on Bundjalung Country, with organisers acknowledging the Bundjalung People as Traditional Custodians of the land.
