Darlene Loves Joins Springsteen and Costello In ‘Forbidden Nights’

Darlene Love has a lot of friends and many of them have come along for the ride in her new video for Forbidden Nights.

Nights, written by Elvis Costello, is from Love’s upcoming album Introducing Darlene Love which will be released on September 18 via Steven Van Zandt’s Wicked Cool Records. Van Zandt also produced.

In the video for the song, Love drives through New Jersey (where else with this crew?) with Patti Scialfa, picking up Joan Jett and Paul Shaffer along the way. Along the way, we get glimpses of a soccer playing Costello, a surfboard carrying Bill Murray and Bruce Springsteen and Van Zandt in a mock fight.
