Don Walker will release the third album under his own name ‘Hully Gully’ in August.
‘Hully Gully’ will be the first album of all-new Don Walker material since ‘Cutting Back’ in 2006. The album was mixed by Joe Henry in Pasadena and recorded over several years with Don’s touring band The Suave Fucks, featuring Glen Hannah, Roy Payne, Garrett Costigan, Michael Vidale and Hamish Stuart.
The first single from the album is the song ‘Young Girls’, a song Don has been performing in his solo shows.
Walker has also released two albums under the name Catfish and three albums with Tex Perkins and Charlie Owen as Tex, Don & Charlie as well as his body of work with Cold Chisel.
‘Hully Gully’ will be released through MGM on August 16.
