Ed Sheeran Records With The Game

Ed Sheeran has recorded a track with rapper The Game.

The British singer rose to fame with his mellow voice and hits such as The A Team and Lego House.

While Ed might be known largely for his ballads, it looks like an upbeat collaboration with the 33-year-old hip-hop star is on the way.

“Finished the @RudimentalUk session for today, back in tomorrow. Now off to make music with one of my favourite artists…” he teased, before revealing the rapper’s identity.

“Just finished up with @thegame, epic (sic).”

Ed is also an unusual choice for The Game, who has previously worked with artists such as 50 Cent and Lil Wayne.

However, he seemed to thoroughly enjoy his studio session with the 22-year-old.

“Just made a CLASSIC record with the homie “Ed Sheeran” a.k.a. @teddysphotos !!!!!!! One of the dopest sessions in my life……. Oh’ & peep the J’s #CaliforniaLove (sic),” he posted on Instagram, along with a snap of the two musicians hanging out.

Channelling a slightly different genre, Ed has been busy touring with country star Taylor Swift on her Red Tour.

He has grown close to the 23-year-old singer and recently revealed what he likes most about his pal.

“[She has] the most English sense of humour out of any American I’ve ever met,” he grinned.

“She’s just dry, she has a very dry sense of humour and Americans are usually like slapstick comedy, that’s the big thing, but she’s very English.”
