Jimmy Barnes Newcastle Rock The Big Top Cancelled

Jimmy Barnes Rock The Big Top Newcastle show has been cancelled after the promoter failed to get the appropriate council approval.

The Jimmy Barnes event was advertised to take place at Camp Shoreland on The Foreshore in Newcastle.

“We regret to inform you that the Newcastle Rock The Big Top concert scheduled for the 29th August 2013 has been cancelled,” Jimmy announced in a tweet. “The promoter has had difficulty obtaining the appropriate license/permit from the council to hold the event”.

Newcastle’s Jimmy Barnes Rock The Big Top show was scheduled for August 29. Refunds are available from the place of ticket purchase.

The first Rock The Big Top show will now take place in Port Macquarie on August 31.

September 12, Gawler, Showgrounds
September 14, Port Elliot, Showgrounds
