Michael Jackson Wants To Collaborate With Hip-Hop Royalty

Michael Jackson has expressed interest in collaborating with Kanye West, 50 Cent and Eminem.

And why wouldn’t he? The stars of hip-hop would give much needed credibility to the loopy king of pop. They’d also help his bank balance, since Jackson is reportedly in debt to the tune of $325 million dollars.

The New York Daily News claimed that Jackson has been trying to contact bad-boy Eminem for a collaboration but has not received a response. One would assume that due to Enimem’s repeated mockery of Jackson in the press, and his songs and music videos (most notably the ‘Just Lose It’ clip), that the Detroit-based star wouldn’t be receptive. Although, no one predicted his duet with Elton John.

In March, DJ Whoo Kid told mtv.com that during an extended meeting with Jackson, the freaky manchild expressed interest in working with gangsta rap megastar 50 Cent and crossover hip-hop sensation Kanye West.

Jackson has indicated that he will have new material out next year, so we can only wait and see.
