Are Queen gearing up for an Australian tour? The band’s official Twitter account sent a very clear hint on Thursday.

“For the first time in 30 years, Queen are heading back to…… [stay tuned],” Queen tweeted.

Queen last toured Australia in 1985, making a 2015 “the first time in 30 years” they have toured Australia.

Australia is one of the few major territories Queen have not toured in the past 30 years. They have performed across Europe including Russia, the USA and South Africa with Paul Rodgers and recently Adam Lambert as lead singer.

Queen last performed in Australia in April 1985. Tour dates are expected to be announced soon.
